Our Policy
Return Policy:
Unless it's defective or damaged in shipping, All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase, un-opened in its original package with all accessories and printing materials included.
No refund allowed after the 7 day period. After 7 days only repair or replacement is acceptable.
Please call us at 951-237-1622 to arrange for the return. No return will be accepted unless you call us first and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please print the RMA# on the returned box. We will reject any return item without a valid RMA# on the return box.
Repair and/or cleaning refill kits are not refundable once they are opened.
Original shipping and handling charge is not refundable as the fees are paid to the shipper.
Customers are responsible for all returned items and shipping must be prepaid.
We will replace any item that is damaged or defective in material or workmanship. Misuse or abrasive handling are not covered. All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
CD/DVD Repair Pro Limited Warranty:
The warranty from CD/DVD Repair Pro, excluding accessories, are warranted to the original consumer, that they shall be free from defects in manufacturing and material, under normal and reasonable use for a period of three years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty will be void if the unit is used for commercial purpose.
